From
the South
From
the Tyne Tunnel on the A19, head west going straight over the
Silverlink roaundabout.
Take the first sliproad signposted Gosforth.
At the roundabout take the Earsdon turn off (A186).
Straight over the first roundabout and through Shiremoor.
Straight on at the traffic lights and up to Easrdon.
At the next roundabout take the second left for Whitley Bay (A192).
Straight on over two roundabouts and past West Monkseaton Metro
station.
At the next roundabout, with the Hunting Lodge pub on your right,
take the left at the roundabout.
Straight through Monkseaton and stay on the main road past Monkseaton
Metro Station on the right and Churchill Playing Fields on the
left.
At the crossroads marked with traffic lights at the end of the
tree lined avenue, turn right into Park View.
This main shopping road runs for approximately 500 yards before
a left hand bend.
Stay on the main road and 50 yards on your right after the bend
is the Whitley Bay office of the News Post Leader/News Guardian.
Car parking can be found approximately 200 yards further into
the town.
Straight past the office and straight over at the traffice lights,
then take first left at second set of traffic lights where Dundee's
pub is on the left hand side.

the North
Same
as above except from the A1 onto the A19 the slip road for Earsdon
is on your left and you take the first left at the roundabout
and you are on the A186.
